Terms & Conditions


A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from for any item that meets the proper requirements.  No returns will be accepted without an RA#.  Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

a)     Request for returns or any shipping claims must be made within 7 days of the receipt of the shipment. 

b)    Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted.

c)     Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must have silver shayscollection ticket still attached. 


All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within 7 business days. 

a)     Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit if their item meets the return requirements.

b)    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

a)     All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit.

b)    The package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return.

A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.

d) is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. 


We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from shayscollection within 60 days of purchase. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information. 

Please note: Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable.
